City Council Approves Restaurant Drive-Through Project

When Panera needed approval from the City of Eagan, Minnesota, to put in place a drive-through window at an existing restaurant location, the company turned to Larkin Hoffman for support just days before a planning commission hearing. After the commission voted unanimously to deny the necessary approvals, the Larkin Hoffman team – led by Julie Perrus with assistance from Peter Coyle, Jerry Seck, Bob Long and Yinfei Wu – contacted city staff and council members about the matter. Despite the efforts of another entity to influence changes within the development, the city approved the project during a subsequent council meeting. |
