Fittante Elected to the Governing Committee of the ABA Franchise Forum

Joe Fittante has been elected to the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association Franchise Forum. He is the youngest member elected to serve on the Assembly Committee. Fittante was elected to serve on the board October 12 at the 2006 Forum on Franchising Annual Meeting in Boston, Massachusetts.
The ABA Forum on Franchising is the pre-eminent bar committee for franchise lawyers throughout North America. It strives to provide high quality educational programs and publications on the legal aspects of franchising, in order to educate the legal community and the franchising community on issues of current concern.
As a member of the Governing Committee, Fittante has undertaken responsibility for co-chairing the Forum’s 2007 Annual Meeting, a three day program of intensive education in franchise law to be held in Austin, Texas. Fittante previously served as the Young Lawyers Division member of the Governing Committee from 2003-2005. His current term on the Governing Committee will last for three years.
