Van Cleve Recertified as Real Property Law Specialist
March 21, 2012 Gary Van Cleve has been recertified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a MSBA Board Certified Real Property Specialist. The certified specialist designation is earned by leading attorneys who have completed a rigorous approval process, including an examination in the specialty area, peer review, and documented experience. Gary has held this certification since 1997 and is one of only four attorneys in Minnesota that have earned dual ceritfication as both a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist and a Board Certified Real Property Specialist. Real Property Specialists represent clients in real property transactions, including real estate conveyances, title searches, leases, condominiums, mortgages, property taxes, real estate development, real estate financing and determination of property rights.
