Structure and participation
We are a professional corporation managed by a board of directors elected by the firm’s shareholders. Beyond the board, the firm is managed by several internal committees of attorneys and senior administrators, including a chief operating officer. A broad representation of interests helps ensure that all viewpoints on issues are heard and considered.
